About Women Rising Leadership Academy

The mission of Women Rising Leadership Academy (WRLA) is to explore the causes of the under-representation of women within top leadership positions and to offer creative, actionable and proven solutions.

The program helps working women to overcome the internal and external barriers they are likely to face to their advancement. Through the generosity of our funders, the Academy is offered for a small tuition of $497. Many universities offer women’s leadership programs, often priced at $6,000 to $10,000, making WRLA highly accessible for most women. Scholarships may be possible for women experiencing severe financial hardship.

• Immersive Training Academy 8-intensive, 3-hour workshops, each focused on overcoming specific barriers to advancement. Workshops are based on research and science and are presented by subject matter experts.
• Professional Coaching Participants have the opportunity to earn a professional coaching experience to further learn how to apply proven strategies to their specific work situation.
• Bonus Sessions Additional sessions are often added according to the needs of the women in each cohort to further their career advancement.
• Women Lead Community Each Academy graduate has the opportunity to turn their momentum into mastery by joining the WRLA Women Lead Community after graduation. This group provides elevated growth opportunities and community that will serve their needs long after the Academy is over.
